The package of incentives for investors has been defined by the Municipality of Bijelo Polje by a municipal decision to include:

  • Exemption from payment of fees for the use of road land for a period of 3 years
  • Exemption from payment of fees for the development of construction land in the amount up to 7000.00 euros per single newly employed worker or newly opened job if over 5 jobs are generated as a result of the investment
  • Exemption from paying municipal fees for a period of 3 years
  • Exemption from the payment of surtax on personal income tax for a period of 3 years
  • Exemption from paying property tax above the 0.1% of the market value of immovable property for a period of 3 years.
  • Companies and entrepreneurs will receive a building permit within 15 days from the submission of complete documentation for the issuance of building permits
  • The “brownfield” site of the former textile industry company “Vunko”, with necessary infrastructure available, will be made available for use depending on the number of newly employed workers.
