  • Note: There is no infrastructure at the site. The location is intended for tourism, hospitality and entertainment facilities. Alipaša springs may also be used for a bottled water facility. Alipaša springs represent a karst spring, from which water flows onto the surface of over 300 m2 giving throughout the year 4m3/s of water. The water temperature is constantly around 0̊C.

  • Note: The glacial valley is surrounded by natural stone slopes. This valley is comparable with the most beautiful valleys of the Julian Alps. The Grebaje valley, as a tourism investment location, is earmarked for investments in the tourism and hospitality facilities, entertainment and cultural amenities. The location is highly suited to mountain, adventure, sports, and entertainment tourism.

  • Forests: 6986 ha (44,5 % of the total Municipality area)
  • Hydropower resources: watercourses Vrulje, Dolje and Grnčara making the Ljuča river which flows into Plavsko lake. This area is classified as one of the parts of Montenegro abounding in water resources. The UN FAO has ranked Gusinje hydropower potential among 147 of the world’s largest such resources.
  • National park “Prokletije” on the Prokletije mountain
  • Springhead Savino oko, Bajrovića vrelo, Dragija and the second largest in the country – Alipaša springs, represent a unique attraction. Waterfalls and canyons complement the offer and represent a huge tourism potential.
  • Gusinje Municipality has yet to define the incentives and benefits for investors, but the planned adoption of the stimulus package will significantly improve the business environment in the municipality.
