In order to stimulate investments in the Capital City, Podgorica has introduced the following incentives package:
For investors who do business in the Business Zone:
- Free of charge use of land for up to 30 years.
- Exemption from the fee for the provision of utility infrastructure to the construction land, provided the investor provides such infrastructure at their own expense, in accordance with the Decision on Fees for Provision of Utility Infrastructure to Construction Land.
- Exemption from the annual fee for the use of municipal roads in the Business zone for 5 years
- Exemption from property tax for 5 years in accordance with the Decision on Property Tax.
